Final joint conference
The final joint conference of the Franco-German MOPGA-Program will take place in physical format from December 6th to 7th 2022 at the Futurium in Berlin.
The MOPGA program represents successful French-German research collaboration against the background of an increased global responsibility of Europe to support and implement the requirements of the Paris Climate Agreement.

After opening remarks by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR), internationally renowned French and German scientists will deliver keynote speeches. The conference will be a platform highlighting MOPGA’s contribution to the implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement and the success of the MOPGA project’s collaboration in furthering this common goal. The conference will also offer an opportunity of exchange for stakeholders from science, business, politics, civil society and industry with – inter alia – representatives of German and French ministries, universities and funding organisations.
